Ordered today: 1 wood stove, more or less similar to the one in the photo. It's not an especially pretty one, but it's a workhorse that will handle most of my winter heating needs. It should be installed in a couple of weeks, just in time for summer...

I know I will! We had quite a Nor'easter hear this past weekend, and I could have used it then. The power was out for awhile on Monday morning, and I was home sick and COLD! I have a ventless LP gas fireplace right now (to be replaced by the wood stove). I used it for awhile to warm up, but it's pretty toxic.
