Merci-totally unrelated to your post, which was excellent, but thought you might enjoy this, especially the ice chocolate portion. Was does it always revolve around food? http://www.philly.com/mld/philly/entertainment/15076964.htm
No....I didn't mean that at all...I liked the compressed language of poetry, and that was very well said. I wasn't trying to be a juvenile boy...too old for that now. LOL.

Beautiful picture and even more beautiful words. It was a pleasure to visit your site this morning.
One Perfect Rose
A single flow'r he sent me, since we met.
All tenderly his messenger he chose;
Deep-hearted, pure, with scented dew still wet --
One perfect rose.
I knew the language of the floweret:
`My fragile leaves,' it said, `his heart enclose'.
Love long has taken for his amulet
One perfect rose.
Why is it no one ever sent me yet
One perfect limousine, do you suppose?
Ah no, it's always just my luck to get
One perfect rose.
pissed off patricia-
Thank you! My tiger lilies really are beautiful right now, and inpirational, too.
Miss Magnolia-
Thank you for starting my day with laughter yet again!
Make that inspirational, of course...

Thanks, Pax.
Beautifully said, Merci. "Like a lover/ who comes/ late in life/" Yum.
Ahem, I guess I should have said "arrives." A bit naive of me, n'est-ce pas? Excusez-moi...

I'm glad! I was afraid I sounded too, ummmm, provocative, which wasn't my intention.
